from the cement manufacturers only and with the following 
details. 
1.Type of Packing offered – Kraft paper bags (grammage of 
the paper & the number of ply’s), Jumbo Bags (20 x 50 Kgs 
bags in 1 Cling bag) or 1.0 / 1.50 M. Ton. 
2.The lead-time – the time that you will take to ship the 
product after you receive mutually acceptable L / C. 
3.The inspection Agencies those are convenient. 
4.Performance Bond offered. 
5.What is the Product shelf life - the age of the cement at 
the time of dispatch? 
6.Please advise if the cement offered by you is approved 
by the Dubai Authorities – have you earlier exported cement 
to Dubai or else we would require 1.00 Kg. product sample 
for approval from the Dubai Authorities. 
7.The possibility of printing our company logo on the bags 
as the distributor of the product. 
8.LOI & BCL only available if the C&F offers are 
competitive.
