Price : US$220.00/MT ? CIF / AWSP 
Total amount : US$440,000,000.00- 
Origin: Any Origin 
Shipment : 4 x 25,000 ton and/or 2 x 50,000 +/- 5% 
Performance Bond : 2 % 
Payment Form : Irrevocable Documentary Letter of 
Credit, Non-Transferable, Covering the whole amount, 
payable shipment by shipment. 

Product name, quality and specification: The Commodity 
shall be corresponding as per inspection certificate issued 
by SGS or compatible world class inspection organization 
at port of loading confirming that the commodity meets 
the due specifications. 
Product Packing: 2,000,000 MT in bags of 50 kg PP 
Basis of Delivery: By monthly shipment of 4 x 25,000/MT 
or 2 x 50,000/MT
