I have been informed about your company, please read
the statement below, and review my current proposition.
I am the director of a sales representative agency in the
UK in the clothing market, already working with
factories and agents in Hong Kong to locate materials to be
used by my outfit.
I come from Latin America and my family is already working
within the Medical business, distributing disposable medical
implements. We buy product from companies such as Nipro,
Maitex, Soft, Activmed, Sham Rock, Nuggard, and BD Spanish
and BD American.
They asked me to inquire about the possibility of locating
alternative distributors of Disposable Medical Equipment in
the Asian Market which could make our company more cost
efficient.
So to let you know we are well connected with the Health
Ministry and we have a team of sales agents for the private
sector.
The idea is to create a parallel market to compete with the
Corporations I mentioned before, (Nipro, Maitex etc. ).
Initially we were wondering whether we could obtain three
ranges of items for trial purposes, namely:

3.2/Syringes of 10cc as: BD Spanish, BD American
3.3/Syringes of 20cc as: BD Spanish, BD American
4/Every kind of surgical Soundings such as:
4.1/Soundings of Foley 2 vias N 12,14,16,18,20,22,24,26.
4.2/Soundings of Foley 3 vias N 16,18,20,22
4.3/Sounding of Salem N 12,14,16,18,20.
4.4/Suction Soundings, N 14,16,18,20.
4.5/Saratoga Soundings N30,32,34,36,38,40.
4.6/Soundings or Catheter of Thorax N 28,30,32,34,36,40.

Large quantities will be required in order for us to expand
the product within the market. I am sure you can understand
the request for trial samples of the product with the
quantities we intend to order.
It would be ideal if one supplier could provide us with the
whole range of product that we require, however it is not
vital
We would be ready to set up a L/C AT SIGHT account with you.
I will be working on a commission basis of the total sales I
make for your Corporation, the percentage will dependant on
the product and the margin I'll be dealing with.
I would be most grateful if you could send us samples for
the above products and please send us your F. O. B price
quotation and minimum quantity orders you require.
Considering that it would be centered on the Latin American
market, prices must be very competitive so as we may be
able to corner the market.
