Seller provide FCO (both sides signing)
Buyer provide ICPO (both signing and doc sealed)
Ready formatted contract provide by the buyer
To be approved or amended by the seller for both sides 
satisfaction, then contract stamped, signed and sealed.
Buyer issue POF
Seller issue pop
Buyer issue DLC
Transaction take place.

Main remark:
All negotiation according to procedure till transaction 
take place will not exceed 3 weeks as most, from date 
of issue Fco.
