Apart from this we have been working on crude oil 
(Rebco & SLCO), LPG, jet fuel requirements received from 
few of our known buyer side agents/buyer mandates.

After a positive discussion within our procurement board 
we decided following status to be followed in any such 
requirements.

We will not entertain or respond or provide price unless 
the requirement contain valid LOI, valid bank letter-stating 
the availability of fund with buyer to purchase the requested 
commodity

We will not act as a commission agent to share the 
commission from buyer side; we will only be a part of 
seller side commission

We will closely look into every seller terms, mainly the 
payment structure

At this moment, we are going to work on procurements 
received from buyer agents, which confirmed to be genuine 
and real.

If you are a seller/seller mandate. And accepting to provide 
us seller part of commission then only we will be ready 
to accept your offers. It is the clear indication that, we 
do not take commission from buyer side.
