Suppliers must have experience exporting 
Suppliers must have a quality control assurance methods 
(ISO, etc) 
Suppliers intending to do business with us must want to send 
us samples, catalogues and price list. 
Suppliers intending to do business with us must give us 
exclusivity in South Brazil (Parana, Santa Catarina and Rio 
Grande Do SUL states)
