supplier as we have well over 5M metric tones of cement 
contracts to be filled. We require 2M Metric tones of 
"Class 3" Cement to Eastern USA per month for one client. 

And over 3M M tones to the British government of 42.5 grade 
Portland cement on relief & reconstruction projects.
