electronics division and are serious looking for wireless 
skype phones, LCD TV with native res.1080p (1920x1080p) DVI 
and HDMI, MP4 (2g,4g,8g memory) and other kinds of electronics 
like portable ice maker, HD DVD-player, fingerprint USB, 
innovative and new products. 

Our customers are very strict regarding suppliers and 
manufacturers, so we have to have all necessary documents 
before we can start. But when everything is ok we are talking 
about high numbers

As you know we must know/have: 
1) Are you OEM and are your products original? And do you have 
required certificates/documents? We need also your original 
company license and company profile. 
2) ROHS compliance and CE certificates/labels on products. 
3) Harmonised system code to check the import tax. 
4) Free of charge sample products (fit to European frequency) 
to examine and discuss with our customer. Shipping costs for 
these samples will be for us and we will inform DHL to pick up 
the products by your company. 
You only prepare pro-forma invoice with clarification only 
samples, no commercial value. 
5) We need GMP statement from you as manufacturer 

We only deal based on exclusivity. Are you open to discuss 
about this issue and start with giving us based on exclusivity 
the Benelux area. We need an document which is stamped by 
your president.
