We are in the process of establishing a new division of our 
business that Will provide a fully integrated supply and 
service solution for Air-conditioning systems for domestic, 
commercial and industrial uses Throughout Australia. 
I already have 4 warehouses around Australia with 
infrastructure for more than 5000 pallets and transport. 
I will establish head office for this business in Melbourne. 
The business will have fully installation and service back 
up with staff of 10 fully dedicated to sales / service and 
installation of air conditioning Units. 
With this is mind I am seeking a relationship with a major 
Air conditioning Manufacturer who is seeking a new distribution 
channel in Australia. 
Products we require must be of the highest quality including 
1) Supply of air-conditioning units to meet Australian 
Standards including Energy Ratings 
2) Supply of installation accessories such as pipe / wall covers, 
mounting Feet, drain hoses, copper pipe We will invest 
significant start up capital for this venture so please be Assured
