Our company is settling a joint-venture for local distribution of cold rolled 
steel sheet/coil in Brazil. We are expecting interested companies to contact 
with us in order to establish an initial groundwork for starting business. 
Before you contact, please have in mind: 
1. Our interest is in a full distribution partnership;
2. We do not want to simply have a seller-buyer relationship; 
The basis shall be the interest in a joint-venture, having product to be shipped and stored in a bounded-warehouse as a joint-venture in Brazilian port; 
We'll settle a full skilled and professional commercial structure for selling the steel sheet/coils before it arrives in the port or maximum a few days later;
3. We can invite a potential seller to come to Brazil and discuss in our company the business relation and market targets;
4. Also we expect the supplier to invite us to go and visit the plant;
