How to Bid for Sell E-Commerce Transactions (Sell Offers)
  1. Any Registered Member of The Great Indian Bazaar (Free or Paid) can bid for b2b transactions. All you need to do is to log-in to 'My Account' on left menu panel and Activate your B2B Bazaar Account. On activation of your B2B Bazaar Account - you are automatically eligible for bidding any on-going e-commerce transaction - buy or sell
  2. Select a Sell Offer, go through the offer and place your 'bid' with three distinct information elements
    • Remarks - Write here your special terms and conditions, preferred payment terms etc. (if any), associated with your order for seller's response.
  3. Please enter your user-id and password before submitting bid
  4. If your bid is considered most competitive - it will be displayed as 'Latest Bid'. However, all bids (most competitive or not) are sent to seller, who is the ultimate decision maker.
  5. Your bid will be sent to moderator to check if it contains any undesirable information (such as contact details, offensive remarks etc.). After scrutiny, moderator will pass on the bid to concerned seller
  6. The seller's response will be communicated to you. You can check all your bids and corresponding responses from seller at 'My Account'
  7. If you wish to modify your earlier bid - post a fresh bid with modified information. System will detect and string together all your responses for a given bid. Negotiation continues...
  8. Negotiation stops once seller is satisfied with a particular bid or deadline for the e-commerce transaction expires - whichever is earlier. The negotiation for e-commerce transaction is considered 'Successful' when buyer and seller both agree on terms and conditions and inform system admin accordingly.
  9. Concerned seller and buyer of successful transaction are informed of each other's identity.
  10. Physical transaction takes place through traditional channel.
  11. Use 'Ask a Question' feature for more information or clarification. Your question and seller's response will be displayed at 'View all Answers'
  12. You can 'Rate' the Seller using 'Rate Me' facility and view all Ratings about the seller at 'View All Ratings'
