How Does it Work ?

Please register your company in The Great Indian Bazaar as free or paid member. After successful registration, please log-in to 'My Account' (on your left menu panel) and activate your B2B Bazaar account. Activation means agreeing to Terms of Use and User Agreement and creating various buy/sell privileges. You need to activate B2B Bazaar account only once.

After activation - you can post as many buy orders as you like. Your identity and contact details remain suppressed throughout negotiation process. Only successful supplier, whom you have selected for the transaction, will get to know your contact details.

Edit your orders, set deadline for each order and make these 'live'. Remember, you will not be able to change your order details once its live.

Once your make your order 'live' - it gets published in The Great Indian Bazaar, visited by thousands of sellers everyday. Special alerts, internal search engine and other information dissemination services pick up your order and send it to concerned sellers for maximum response.

Registered sellers respond to your buy order with specific information on price offered, related quantity and feedback in a structured manner. All posts and responses are moderated by human editors/merchandisers - only edited approved messages are sent to you for response.

You respond, sellers send counter-response - negotiation continues. You negotiate with multiple sellers through an extremely simple and user-friendly interface that takes very little time. No need to spend long hours writing e-mails - post your response and the system communicates the same to concerned seller through e-mail and in-house communication channel.

The system helps you choose the best offer by displaying all offers related to a given order in an easy to compare manner. Sellers do not get to know your identity and contact details, unless approved by you.

Negotiation stops once you reach agreement with a particular seller or the deadline set by you expires - whichever is earlier. After transaction closes, concerned buyer and seller get to know each other's identity and contact details. Thereafter - buyer and seller interact directly to complete physical sale process.

Physical transaction takes place through traditional channels such as L/c, D/A etc. - whatever buyer and seller have agreed upon.
