Select buy orders that match your product profile - respond by submitting your 'bid'. There is no restriction on how many bids you can submit - however, every bid must be serious.

All bids and responses are moderated by human editors/merchandisers - only edited approved messages are sent to you for response.

Your bid consists of three distinct information elements

1. Price
2. Quantity
3. Your text message on any aspect of buy order (payment terms, delivery etc.)

Your bid is sent to buyer for his/her reaction. Buyer receives all bids from all interested sellers and responds. Buyer's feedback is sent to you.

You respond to buyer's feedback by placing a fresh bid with above 3 elements of information. Buyer responds - you send counter-response. Negotiation continues.

You negotiate with multiple buyers through an extremely simple and user-friendly interface that takes very little time. The system helps you communicate with buyers in an efficient and fast manner by displaying all previous communications with concerned buyer for given buy order. You send response through web-based interface that reaches buyer through e-mail as well as in-house communication channel.

Negotiation stops once seller reaches agreement with buyer or the deadline for the bid expires - whichever is earlier. Once buyer and seller reaches an agreement and inform susyem admin accordingly, negotiation for the transaction is considered successfull. Moderator then informs concerned buyer and seller each other's identity and contact details. Thereafter - buyer and seller interact directly to complete physical sale process.

Physical transaction takes place through traditional channels such as L/c, D/A etc. - whatever buyer and seller have agreed upon.
