Motor & Blower - Dynamically & Statically balanced motor 
and blower assembly of  reputed make.
Air Jet Nozzles - Fitted on the sidewalls giving a velocity 
of 30m/sec.
Illumination - Fluorescent Lights
Interlocking - Completely automatic with DC solenoid
valves.

03. Dispensing Booth - 2 Nos.
Size - 1390 (W) x 1680 (D) 2200 (H) mm
Material - SS 304
Filters - HEPA filters having efficiency 99.978% 
down to   0.3microns both. At supply & exhaust, 
Microvee filters of  99% down to 5 microns &
Pre-filters of 90% down to 10 microns duly tested.

04. Sampling Booth - 1 No.
Size - 4 ft. x 4 ft.
Material - SS 304

Other constructional details exactly as per the details 
of dispensing booth except dispensing booth works in 
negative pressure whereas sampling booth works in 
positive pressure hence don’t have any exhaust system.

05. Air Curtains - 2 Nos.
Size - 3 ft. width
Material - M.S. Powder Coated

06. Sticky Mats - 8 Nos.
One mat consists of 30 layers, peel off type and each 
layer is sufficient for one to two days depending upon 
the movement & dirt load.

07. Hanging Module - 1 No.      
Housing - Aluminum  Anodised (as per GMP Norms)
Filters - HEPA filter having efficiency 99.978% down 
to 0.3 microns and pre-filters having efficiency 90% down 
to 10 microns. Motor & Blower assembly is statically 
and dynamically balanced.
Motor & blower - And is of reputed make.
Grill - Perforated grill provided down the HEPA filter 
to protect the same from damage.
