Technical Specification / Requirement
(1) Material should conform to SA 240 TP 304.
(2) Material shall be Hot-Rolled, Annealed, Pickled, 
De-scaled to No.1 finish.
(3) Dimensional Tolerances shall be as per ASTM A 480. 
However, negative tolerance not acceptable
(4) Co-related Original Mill Test Certificates shall be 
furnished. Type of certificate shall be 3.1.C.
(5) Co-related Original Lloyd\\\'s Register Test 
Certificates shall be furnished along with supply.
(6) Plate size, Make, Plate no., Heat mark / no., 
Lloyd\\\'s  Register hard stamp, etc shall be clearly 
visible on the plates.

Inspection & Certification

The material should be inspected by M/s Lloyd\\\'S Register 
of Shipping (LRS) and the scope of the inspection should 
include the following :-

(1) Visual inspection of all SS plates for surface conditions.
(2) Dimensional inspection of all SS plates.
(3) Witness and certify physical tests.
(4) Micro examination of test samples.
(5) Review chemical analysis and heat treatment records 
and  certify them against specification requirements.
(6) Hard stamping of each plate with L.R. Brand mark  
(7) Issuance of LR Inspection & Test Certificate.

Delivery
The materials should be dispatched within 8-10 weeks 
positively after receipt of our order  and are required at 
Calcutta Port.. In case you are not in a position to 
adhere to the delivery schedule mentioned please
indicate the best delivery applicable to you.

Price 
To be quoted in US Dollars and should include break-up of 
FOB/C & F price including forwarding, sea-freight 
charges etc. The rates quoted shall be valid till 15/12/2004.
