product in most competitive rates according to Indian 
market , so please give me the rates of blank CDR per CD. 
The rates should be compatible with the thing keeping in 
mind that I want to start business relations with u and the 
product would be purchased in bulk approx 2 lakh CD
in first month and increasing according to the need ,
