Oil Hydraulic Press, Banbury/ Intermix, Calendar and Two Roll Mill

We need oil hydraulic press of following 
specifications
Oil Hydraulic Press Specification
1) Platen Size:  10.3 m length x 2.15 m wide
2) Multi Gate type Press
3) Upper bolster fixed with top
4) Bottom bolster floated with Hydraulic cylinder rams
5) No. of Cylinder:Minimum-10 Nos., Maximun-24 Nos.
6) Ram size: 600 mm diameter when no of ram = 10 ,       
300 – 450 mm diameter when no of ram = 24
7) Stretching devise at one end & clamping device at 
other end.
8) The press must have bottom bolster parallelism 
mechanism device i.e bottom   mounted torque shaft.
9) Press must be capable to withstand 30Ksc to 40 Ksc 
specific pressures
10) Hot platens are steam heated or hot oil heated with 
even temperature all over the surfaces and both end with 
cooling devices

Further we also need 12 nos of chilled cast iron ram 
of 400-450 mm dia with stroke length 500-600mm , 
single acting , bottom feeding & same no cylinders for 
conveyor belting press. We also need 3 nos of steam heated
platen of 60 mm thick x 5.5 m long x 1.55 m wide

We also need 22” x 60” two roll mill , 75L/55L 
Intermix/Banbury , 22’x66”/68” 3 / 4 roll calendar
