concrete road of 48.817 Km.
They are in a monthly need of 10000 MT of 43 grades O.P.C 
Paper Pack Cement, for a period of 1 year. 
In India all the big manufacturers only make 53 grades, so it has to be
imported from Bangladesh, Bhutan and U.A.E., If you can 
arrange it will be grateful.
