RAG DOLLS

The craft of rag dolls has a Japanese influence. It is not very typical of Bengal, but it is gaining popularity lately. They are mainly used by children for playing as they are very soft. As we understand by the name, the doll is made of pieces of small cloth, wool & cotton used for stuffing. The detail of hair & ornaments are also shown.
