infobanc is giving this free offer to help small businesses who can not afford the cost of web-site and business e-mail. However, because of obvious resource constraint, the service is restricted to first 100 members who join infobanc.com membership at Member Plus or above level in any month or subject to availability. infobanc reserves absolute right to determine deserving members who should get this free offer. Normally, it will be on first-come first-serve basis.

infobanc.com will be responsible for registration of a suitable domain name for creating business e-mail and web-site. infobanc will be the owner and registrant of the domain name so registered while concerned member may use this domain name as long as he/she remains member of The Great Indian Bazaar in paid level.

Domain registration fee and renewal fee will be borne by infobanc.com. Members do not have to pay any additional fee for domain name registration or business e-mail.

Each eligible member will get necessary anount of web-space for hosting web-site and business e-mail at infobanc's own dedicated server, located in USA

Professional web designers of infobanc will design 6 - 10 web-pages based on content and product images (max 20 product/images) supplied by members, upload these pages at free web-site and make the web-site operational. In effect, every member will get a fully functional web-site of upto 10 pages and max. 20 images free. Professional web-designers of infobanc will decide exact number of web-pages to be designed and images to be uploaded based on product mix of concerned member. infobanc is not liable to give any justification or explanation in this regard and members must accept decision of infobanc's professional design team. Members need to provide necessary content and product images to infobanc within 30 days of membership activation

In case any member wants to have larger web-site or add more products/pages, he/she should upgrade membership to Platinum or Diamond level.

For minor change in content such as change of address, tel number etc. - infobanc will arrange editing/updating of concerned web-pages through Member's Control Panel. Members will be able to make small changes by log-in to Member's Control Panel and update concerned pages. However, for changes requiring greater time and resource such as change in product description, about us page, addition or alteration in images etc. - members will have to pay infobanc a maintenance fee to be decided by infobanc. The frequency and extent of maintenance fee will be decided solely by infobanc.

Free business e-mail will be a forwarding facility - without POP or SMTP services. All mails sent to member's business e-mail will be re-directed to regd. e-mail address of concerned member or any other e-mail address selected by him/her. In effect, the whole world will send e-mails to member's business e-mail which will get re-directed to preferred e-mail box of concerned member. Member will continue to use his/her preferred free or paid e-mail facility (e.g. sify.com, hotmail.com. rediffmail.com. yahoo.com, gmail.com etc.) to send e-mails. It is suggested that members place their business e-mail at 'Reply-To' column of their preferred e-mail service.
