J&K is very well connected with
the rest of the country through National Highway upto Leh
through Kargil (Ladakh).
Airports
Jammu, Srinagar and Leh town in Ladakh
are connected by air with the rest of the country. Indian
Airlines and Jet Airways operate regular flights to the
three principal airports of the state from various cities
