Privilege to change company profile anytime
You can change your company profile anytime yourself, no need to contact us. All you need to do is to visit Member's Control Panel, call your company profile, make changes and submit. Your updated profile will be on display in all three portals during next update-cycle (3 - 4 days).
How many times can I change my profile ?
Technically, any number of times during your membership period, there is no restriction. However, too frequent changes in your profile may be confusing for your customer
Can I Change Categories ? Is there any restriction ?
You can change your product categories alongwith other information any number of times. Only restriction - you can not change name of your company during membership period (though you can do it during renewal or before that for some exceptional reason). For security reason, we do not allow change in registered e-mail address from Member's Control Panel. To change your registered e-mail address - send us a request from your registered e-mail address or alternative e-mail address.Do I have to contact you for changing profile ?
Not at all - you can do it yourself from your PC. However, we shall always remain available for any help in case you face any difficulty or need assistance.
