Internet will fuel business growth in 21st century. Any business, large medium or small, that does not use Internet stands to lose substantially as customers all around the world are showing distinct preference for the web. Even Govt sector, the most slow moving of all, has gone for e-tendering and e-governance. So, if you do not use Internet but your competitor does - the result is a forgone conclusion.

However, using Internet for business is not merely owning an e-mail or website. You must be able to reach out to your customers - whether in India or in overseas countries; your company and products should have high visibility; you should have fast access to various opportunities appearing in Internet every minute and respond faster than your competitors in India and abroad.
