Your e-mail address is an extremely important channel of communication. We send various information to your
e-mail address, such as:
- Weekly e-zines, alerts etc.
- Trade Enquiries that you receive directly
from visitors
- Responses to your BUY/SELL/Biz messages
- Membership related information such as renewal mail,
new developments in membership services, special offers etc.
Keeping in view important role of e-mail address in membership service, we have invested in a dedicated
mail server for members (at www.infobancmail.com). All members are given an e-mail box at infobancmail,
called regsitered e-mail address. In addition, members can have an alternative e-mail address at their
preferred location. All membership related communications are sent to both e-mail addresses for maximum
reliability.
To change your alternative e-mail address, please log-in to Members' Control panel, click
on 'Change Profile' link and make changes in 'Alternative E-mail' column of your profile.
Your registered e-mail address (at infobancmail.com) normally does not need any change.
However, if for some very special reason you need to change registered e-mail address,
please open a support ticket from Members' Control Panel. Please mention the reason (and make sure
that is a compulsive one) as we normally do not make change in registered e-mail address.
Remember - change in Registered E-mail Address will mean deletion of your existing
mailbox. You will lose all e-mails stored in your existing registered mailbox
