What is Business E-mail ? How Do I Get One ?
Business e-mail represents your business - a bold and unambiguous expression of your identity in the anonymous world of Internet. A typical business e-mail looks like your_name@your_business.com (e.g. mukesh_ambani@reliance.com). To find more about an e-mail sender - all it takes is to place the part after @ in your browser window. However, such transparency is not available in free/anonymous e-mail addresses (e.g. yahoo, gmail, rediffmail, vsnl, sify etc.)

Why Business E-mail ?
Professional communication is a key success factor in e-business. E-mail is your face to the world, it should convey a positive image about your company. Business e-mail is a major element that gives a professional look to your e-mails and at the same time help you establish your identity. An anonymous e-mail address like abc_exports@xyzfreemail.com does not inspire much confidence in your customer's mind. After all, anybody can subscribe to a free e-mail address and vanish without a trace. One can not even find name, address or country of origin of the e-mail sender.

On the other hand - a business e-mail address like sales@jasmine_india.com conveys seriousness of the sender. It suggests that the sender is not a temporary player - but invested on his/her e-mail address and more important, left an identity for anyone to check. Anybody can find out more information about the sender from his web-site address (e.g. jasmine_india.com).

Free/Anonymous e-mail is just fine for non-business communications such as correspondence with your friends or family. However, business demands that you invest in establishing your identity and professional standard. This is more so in e-business where credibility and identity are important cornerstones in establishing trust between buyer and seller who may never meet in person.

Another important reason for using business e-mail is ever increasing spam. High volume of unsolicited, useless e-mails (spam) is clogging e-mail boxes all over the world. As a result, users delete any e-mail that looks like spam even before reading it. All they read are sender name and subject line.
So, do not be surprised if your e-mail fails to get response in case you are using free e-mail address and your subject line is too broad or misleading !

How Do I Get Business E-mail ?
You get business e-mail addresses (5 to 15) with Platinum and Diamond Membership.

Important: You need not pay additional fee for business e-mail - Membership Fee is all inclusive (including service tax).
