Ticket based Customer Support
Customer support is an extremely important part of our operation. Towards this goal, we have invested significantly to develop a fully computerised ticket-based customer support system for members.
Ticket based customer service is considered far superior and reliable customer support system than e-mails - and has become a benchmark for superior customer support service worldwide. In this system, every complaint from customer and its resolution by customer support is documented and logged in a step-by-step way for clear communication and transparency. Customers can see the status of their complaint any time and add new issues. E-mails may be lost on the way - but ticketing system makes sure there is no gap in communication between member and customer service and there is full accountability.
As member if you face any difficulty, log-on to Member's Control Panel and open a support ticket. Your support request will be attended to by our customer support executives at the earliest possible and full log of all communications will be available on-line all the time. In addition, you will be informed through e-mail, progress made on your request. The ticket is closed only when the issue gets resolved. You will be able to see all your open and closed tickets from Member's Control panel.
