User-id a unique identifier for you - no two registered users (free or paid) can have same user-id. User-Id is generated during registration and remains same throughout your membership period. Please write your user-id somewhere as it will be required if you forget your password. Please quote your user-id in all communications with us for faster response

User-id is case sensitive - please enter it exactly the way given. For example, 'John' is not same as 'john' or 'JOHN' or 'J ohn' - you must enter it as 'John'. Similarly, if your user id is 001944 please type 001944 NOT 1944 or 01944 or 00 1944.

Whenever in doubt - please use copy-paste method to enter your user-id instead of typing. Never leave any space within your user-id

If it still does not work, please check your membership status. Your membership may have expired, look for renewal notice
