Web-mail interface of infobancmail is, by default, configured to receive text e-mails.
Because of this, html formatted mail may look garbled.
You may resolve the issue through any of the following ways:

Log-in to infobancmai, select 'Options' and change default mail format to 'html'.
However, you may face problem for text e-mails. Use this option if you wish to use
infobancmail for html formatted mails only.

Do not change default e-mail format. For any html formatted mail showing
as garbled text, please go to bottom of the mail and look for a button named 'view'.
Please click this 'view' button and the html formatted mail will display properly.
