Password is the key to unlock areas not accessible by others. User-id and password together ensures your access rights to restricted areas.

Unlike user-id, your password can change as many times as you wish. In fact, we suggest that you keep your password confidential and change it frequently to avoid unauthorized use.

Like user-id, your password is case-sensitive. It should be entered exactly the way given. If password does not work, make sure you have typed it correctly. Copy-paste helps a lot in avoiding mistyping.

If it still does not work, use 'forget password' link in log-in window to request for password. 'Forget Password' facility will request your user-id. On entering correct user-id, the system e-mails password to your registered as well as alternative e-mail addresses.

If it still does not work, please check your membership status. Your membership may have expired.
