Not received weekly e-zine |
 |
Latest information on buyers, markets, agents etc. are sent to members through weekly e-zines and special alerts.
- We use a list server for distributing e-zines. The list server operates from a
specially installed dedicated server and sends e-zines to all members.
Unfortunately, some ISPs do not like bulk mailings and and may block perfectly
legitimate e-mails such as weekly e-zines suspecting these to be spam. Other
e-mail providers may send such e-mails to your bulk folder. In both cases, you will
not receive the e-zine or special alert though we have sent it to your e-mail address.
- Because of nature of e-mails, it is virtually impossible to determine
if an e-zine or special alert has actually reached its recipient or not - unless
the mail bounces back or the member informs us.
- In any case, members do not receive critical information on time - though for no fault of ours.
However, this is not meant to be an excuse but a challenge to be resolved. Following are various reasons
for non receipt of ezines and ways of resolving this issue:
-
You can inform your e-mail provider that mails from a particular sender is not
spam and should not be blocked or sent to bulk mail folder. One easy way of doing this is
to 'whitelist' the sender's e-mail address by placing it in your 'Address Book'.
Check the sender's e-mail address of the e-zine and place it in your address book.
-
You will stop receiving e-zines if someone from your organization clicks at 'Unsubscribe'
link in any e-zine. In case you or any of your staff has accidentally clicked on unsubscribe
link - please visit E-zine Area to subscribe again.
-
We have invested in a dedicated mail server -
infobancmail.com .
Every member gets a free e-mail address at infobancmail, which should be checked
regularly
- We upload a copy of all latest e-zines at E-zine Area Please
visit E-zine area for downloading latest e-zines
