For
new members, we have set 24-hours as the maximum time period for
membership services to start. There are several reasons, why membership
services can not be started within minutes of payment :
- We
manually check every membership application for errors/omissions
and add sections like 'Category', 'Keywords' etc. We also edit
'Brief Profile' wherever necessary. Such manual tasks take time.
- Once Membership
Application has been checked and/or edited - the data needs
to be entered in server, user-id/password generated and member
informed through e-mail. Again, all these may take time.
- Membership Services are activated during normal office hours.
Please allow few hours because of time difference among countries.
- If you pay through credit card - there may be delay in case
there is discrepancy in your card information.
- Taking all these into account and time difference among countries
- we have set this 24-hours deadline.
- If you pay by credit card, intimation from bank about successful
transaction is considered as payment received.
- If you pay by demand draft / Delhi cheque / cashier's check
- receipt of the same at our office (through courier/postal
mail etc.) is considered as payment received.
- If
you do not receive any intimation from us after 24-hours of
payment of membership fee - please leave a message at Contact Us
form or call helpdesk.
