and other countries, we seek a regular supply of New Spare
Parts and Accessories, for all makes and models of Diesel
Engines, Power Generators, Turbo charges, Generating Sets,
used by Power Plants, Electrical Utility Companies,
Petrochemical Industries, Oil and Gas Industries, Hospitals,
Factories, Industries, Power Stations and Substations,
1. Engine and Engine Parts and Components
2. Crankshaft, Camshafts and parts
3. Fan and Fuel Motors, Ball & Roller Bearings.
4. Electrical Parts and Accessories
5. Electronic Parts and Components
6. Mechanical Parts and Accessories
7. Clutch, Gearbox, Governors, and Frames
8. Spark Plugs, Contact Points, Carburetor
9. Control Panels, Controls, Switchgear.
10. Air Filters, Fuel Filters, Fuel Pumps
If you need our business, commercial, marketing, promotion,
sales, sourcing, procurement and supplies services in these
countries, as well as wish to participate in public tenders,
please let us know your requirements.
Suppliers offering urgent delivery of parts and accessories by
courier service(Upsfedex, DHL etc), are requested to
indicate this service when replying.
We expect that an order will be confirmed soon, depending
on your pricing and offered product, and will be in a position
to place our order with you. At this stage we would emphasize
the fact that we must have, with your offer, an undertaking and
commitment as follows:
1. That Any/All business/Communications conducted with Iran,
Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, will be disclosed by the
seller(s) and producer(s) to contact every time and when it
occurs, and status of inquiries and orders will be advised to
regularly.
2. First orders and all subsequent business and repeat orders
from Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, and Iran, and
any other countries added to by mutual agreement, will entitle
and will be paid promptly and unconditionally to us
3. Orders, Inquiries, Quotations, Payments may be dealt with
directly between the buyer(s) and seller(s), but we will be kept
informed and covered for confidential commissions advised to
me.
4. Commission advised and charged to the seller(s)/producer(s)
will include all marketing, promotion, sales, coordination and
liaison experiences, including any third party commission(s),
incurred and to be incurred for business development and
sales generated
5. Based on this agreement and against seller(s)/producer(s)
unconditional commitment to cover and keep covered for
commissions, against the orders, we will conclude with buyers
and end-users, in Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey,
and any other countries added to by mutual agreement.
6. During the validity of this agreement, and provided the
supplier/producer has fulfilled/is full filling his part of
the agreement, We agrees not to place orders with competing
supplier(s)/producer(s), of products supplied/produced by
the supplier/producer party to this agreement.
7. This agreement remain valid until terminated in writing
by mutual agreement and signatures of both parties to
this agreement, or their nominees/heirs.
The above (7) points form the basis of an agreement, which
should be finalized and concluded, in advance of commencing
order placement.
We look forward to early and positive response, with your
detailed offer and the undertaking outlined in the(7)points.
