Egyptian standards for sesame are:
1 - Be safe fit for human consumption
2 - Be free from alien seeds, toxic and harmful to health
3 - Be free of impurities
4 - Free of strange smells, insects and insect parts
5 - Be free of fungal growth apparently
6 - Be the remains of mycotoxins in accordance with the specifications
(Maximum of mycotoxins - mycotoxins Aflatoxin
7 - Be the remains of pesticides in accordance with the specifications of
the codex Alimentarius commission International (Cox)
8 - Free of radiation risk
