Dear Sir
We are a manufacturing company of power cables and wires in Uzbekistan.
We are in need of steel wire patenting line with the following requirements:
Steel wire diameter for patenting: from 1.0 to 5.0 mm
Number of wires in the line: Not less than 10 wires
Patenting line speed: 4-20 m/min
Line composition:
Pay-off device with 630 mm bobbin or basket
Heating furnace
Lead bath
Pulling device

Take-up device with 630 mm metal bobbin
Heating furnace temperature: from 1000C to 1200C
Steel wire heating temperature: from 850C to 950C
Lead melting temperature in lead bath: from 450C to 550C
Heating furnace and lead bath temperatures must be adjustable and controlled.
