Dear Suppliers,
Our company represents an internationally renowned manufacturer of
high quality oak furniture, and we are seeking a qualified and reliable
supplier to provide the following product:
White oak wood par panels
The details are:
The laminated boards must have a continuous grain running the full length.
Pictures are available on request.
A face: Free of all defects except some small sound pin knots up to
5 mm, maximum diameter
Edge glued panels can have one mineral streak permitted on the
A face and lamels are to be well-matched for color as far as possible.
B face: More color variation is allowed, unlimited mineral streaks within reason,
some sapwood and some sound knots up to maximum 35 mm diameter.
Lamel widths: 45 mm up to 95 mm, mixed at random on each panel.
One lamel of less than 45 mm is permitted on one edge of each panel.
Moisture content: 8 - 10%
Sanding: 120grit
Tolerances:
Thickness: + or-0.5 mm
Widths: +3 mm-0 mm
Lengths: +5mm-0 mm
