Dear Sir
We are looking for quotations from reliable suppliers
Preferably from India for complete steel plant with a capability to
produce billets, deformed bars, angles, channels and flat bars.
The details and specs are:
Capacity: 110 to 120 thousands per annum.
Basic raw material scrap HMS/LMS and street pick.
Supplier to recommend which type of furnace is best suited,
Arc furnace or hi-speed induction furnace or mixture of both
including ldles and tundish
Billets to be produced from liquid metal on a continuous casting plant
Size of billets 90 by 90, 100 by 100, 120 by 120 mm
Cutting length 3meters
Finished billet capacity 110 to 120 thousands per annum.
Melting temperature for furnace around 1650 degrees.
Energy electricity
Reheating furnace to handle above mentioned billets.
Reheating for rolling mill at 1150/1200 degrees
Energy furnace oil/alternate to be suggested
Rolling mill fully automatic capable of rolling D/bars,
angles, channels and flat bars.
Capacity 110 to 120 thousands per annum
Fully automatic cooling bed for cooling and cutting of end products in
12 meters in standard length
Rolled D/bar sizes to vary from 8 m to 24 mm
Also need fully equipped in house laboratory, complete in house
workshop, complete electrical/electronic support equipment including
circuit breakers and switch gear
Cabling any other required or suggested.
Transformers for furnaces and all control panels
Please also suggest building lay-out plan process flow chart and
foundation details.
We will also need columns, pillars and beams for construction of shades.
We would prefer supplier credit.
