Hello,
I require hydraulic basket crane for truck type 350 or similar.
I have a client interested in this type of crane for Latin American Market
I need something similar to the specifications below:
No need to be identical but close to that.
The specifications are:
Height to bottom of the basket: 11.30 meters
Working height: 13.00 meters
Horizontal range: 5.20 meters
Opening angle: 137 degrees
Stabilizers: 2
Stabilizers maximum aperture: 2.70 meters
Load capacity in cart: 175 kilograms
Infinite turns
Equipment weight: 980 kilograms
Controls
Hydraulic control from the base and in the basket,
on off tires from the basket.
Basket features:
Built in reinforced plastic fiberglass
Dimensions 610 x 610 x 1060 24 \"x 24\" x 42\"
Hydraulic System
Working pressure: 185 bar
Work Flow: 8
Motor group
Pump with Honda air starter, with the possibility of starting and
stopping power from the base of the unit and in any position of the basket.
Dielectric isolation
Isolation arm, built in reinforced plastic fiberglass to work with
voltage up to 46kw
Security:
Safety valve to the hydraulic cylinders immobilizes the broken system in
case of hose or with any failure of the hydraulic circuit.
Cylinders lift fold: Stop valves and holding or counter balancing.
Cylinders stabilizers: Stop valves or check valves.
Hydraulic hoses and leveling system of the basket placed inside
the pens-for protection.
System Mechanic:
System equalization is automatic and is performed via chains of steel
and fiberglass rods, which form parallelogram like system
The basket is hinged at the top, so that it might level off by gravity
in the event of a system failure.
Rotation: The same is achieved by a pinion which gears into a crown.
This pinion is driven by a gearbox which is fitted with a hydraulic motor.
Emergency operation:
Manually operated pump located in the pedestal.
