Dear Sir,
I was recently advised that by several parties to contact your company
for construction steel requirements.
My role on this project is to gather resources requirements and their
costs for the project in Sri Lanka
My company is in the process of opening a BOI funded five star
five diamond luxury hotel in Sri Lanka.
At present, we are in negotiations with BOI investments,
SL government economic development and several Asian investors
The hotel will most probably be built near Colombo or in
Hambantota district and ground breaking is scheduled to begin around
April-May 2011.
Please provide whether you could be one of our construction
steel providers or not.
If so please send me detail information how you could supply the
required steel, costs per quantity, transportation costs,
ISO standards that you have on your services and products,
steel grades, performance levels, scheduling time frames,
durability, terms and conditions, etc.
If our management accepts your offer, we will then come into contract
with your company.
Contact will be signed between the parent company.
I will not do business with middle men.
At present, I am traveling far eastern countries on business.
