Dear Sir,
We are company in Asian food wholesale industry.
Now, we need to import raw cashew nut and sesame seed to distribute our market
Please let us know as below:
1. Price for CNF Hai Phong Port, Vietnam
2. Specification, commodity of your all kind of raw cashew nuts/sesame seeds as you have
3. Payment term
4. Transit time
5. Packing
6. Minimum order and capacity
7. Certificate we need:
1. Signed commercial invoice in triplicate.
2. Packing list in triplicate.
3. Full set (3/3) of original shipped clean on board bill of lading plus
4 non-negotiable copies made out to order of issuing bank, marked
freight prepaid and notify the applicant.
4. Certificate of origin issued by the authorized office: 01 original and 01 copy.
5. Certificate of weight issued by BV/SGS.
6. Certificate of quality/analysis issued by BV/SGS.
7. Phytosanitary certificate issued by the authorized office: 01 original & 1 copy.
8. Fumigation certificate issued by a competent authority.
9. Beneficiary certificate certifying that 01 set of non-negotiable documents
has been sent by express courier directly to the applicant within
15 working days after shipment date and copy of courier receipt must
be presented.
Payment term: IRR LC at sight
