Description :

On behalf of a high profiled , financially potential and
globally renowned trading company , we seek contact
with influential people who have the right connections
with producers and can arrange FOB terms offers for
supply of Diesel Fuel Oil (D2) on Platt price basis
Buying company has unlimited financial resources and will
under no circumstance accept the precondition for a POF in any form .
The structure of the deal and procedures are given below :

Commodity: Diesel Gas Oil
Type of contract: First a Spot Deal of 100K and on successful
execution the deal to be rolled into a long term contract
Quantity: 100.000 Metric tons for immediate lift.
Terms of Delivery: FOB Rotterdam or any other Ports
Price: USD 40 minus NWE Platt Gross
Procedure:
The seller Mandate issues first a soft offer with the full
details/profile of the seller
Buyer agent issues the approval of the soft offer on behalf
of the buyer and furnishes the buyer\'s profile to the seller.
Buyer signs the IMFPA ,
The seller issues the Commercial invoice (C.I), tank receipts
and dip test authorization directly to the buyer, for the quantity
ready for immediate lift, within 3 days from the date of acceptance
of the Soft offer by the buyer.
Buyer signs the C I and returns it to the seller.
The buyer dips the tanks and upon satisfactory results issues
the payment instrument
Buyer issues MT 103/23 or DLC in favor of the seller.
Seller issues Full POP
Buyer releases the payment Via MT 103 and seller transfers
