Dear Sir/Madam
We are trading company we are into Cement and Salt business,
At the moment we have this latest inquiry if you are interested in it so kindly
give me SCO ,
Commodity: Raw Lake Salt for road and industry
NaCl 98 – 99 %
1% humidity, c&f nwc (UK, Germany, Holland), Not have to be lumps
Quantity: 30,000 MT per month
Contract Length: 12 Months
Destination: CIF –North Europe - (ASWP).
Shipment and Delivery: The above mentioned total quantity shall be shipped in
equal monthly proportions of approximately 30,000 metric tons +/-5% per
calendar month for the 12 month duration of this Agreement.
Origin: At Seller\'s choice.
Visit in yard or factory: allowed
Visit at the loading port: allowed
Inspection: By SGS inspection services/inspects and verifies the quantity,
weight and quality of goods.
Price: in $ USD – CIF north Europe ASWP
Packaging: as seller can supply
Insurance: At seller responsibility 110%.
Performance Bond: The Seller will issue a 2% Performance Bond.
The performance bond will be for 2% of the value of the monthly shipments.
Payment terms: 100% IRDLC \\ SBLC
By Irrevocable, Assignable, Unencumbered, Divisible, Operative and
NON-Transferable Stand By Letter of Credit either a Swift MT 103/23,
or by a Documentary Letter of Credit for the value of the shipment.
Agreement Procedure
1. Buyer send this LOI
2. Seller sends Draft agreement + NCND + IMFPA + ICC warning with full details
3. Buyer signs, seals after close all details, and sends it back to seller.
4. Seller Company sends, after receiving the signed all the documents, also
Send Hard Copy of Draft contract via DHL or other as agree.
5. Buyer, Seller Consortium will sign the Hard Contract face to face in seller’s office,
yard or factory within 14 Calendar days.
6. The payment instruments are to be issued, confirmed and guaranteed by
a TOP 100 world prime bank acceptable to the Seller\'s Consortium.
7. Once the operative payment instruments are in place, Buyers bank will call
Sellers bank and will ask the POP through Swift.
8. The initial shipment of product loads within 30 days from the date of receipt of
the operative and non-transferable Standby Letter of Credit. Payment will be
released to the Seller upon negotiation of shipping documents at the Seller\'s bank.
Partial shipments/drawing is allowed.
10. Within 10 days of Buyer and Seller agreed with the terms and conditions of
Irrevocable, assignable, unencumbered, divisible, operative and non-transferable
stand by letter of credit, Buyer will point the Seller in writing the particulars of
the discharge ports relevant to the next month shipments according to this
agreement if not written in the schedule for delivery table below.
11. Bank contact is only permitted between the seller\'s bank and our bank. Direct
contact with buyer Bank by the seller will be considered as contract breach, liable
to pay an indemnity of 2 % over the non-delivered goods.
