A tender party needs to buy top urgent delivery 100000 meters of
CVC 50/50 yarn dyed shirting fabric width 150 cms minimum,
weight minimum 145 gram/m2 with following specifications.
Sample available in hand
Specifications are as follows
Fabric: Made of blend of polyester / cotton 50/50% cotton / polyester
Structure of yarn: Double yarn 45sx2 at warp, single 32sx1 at weft
Number of picks & ends = 107 x 52
Length (42/1 cm, weft 20/1cm) 107 / 1 inch, weft 52/inch=minimum
Type of weave = plain weave 1 x 1
Construction: CVC 50/50 blend 45sx2 / CVC 50/50 blended 32s/1 density 107x52
Minimum width = 150 centimeters, more is acceptable
Minimum weight = 145 gram / m2, more is acceptable
Tensile strength = neuton = length 700, width 260 (minimum for both but
more is acceptable)
Change in dimensions after wash = length 2% maximum, weft 1.5% maximum
Fastness of color = daylight minimum 4, scale of 1-5
Washing 4-5 change in color, 4-5 staining
Perspiration 4-5 change in color, 4-5 staining
Finishing: Sanforised, mercerised, resin finish
Fabric to be free of filling materials,
Fabric should be clean of nips or defects (AAA grade quality is
only acceptable)
Fabric should be clean, and free from dirt & stains
Partial shipment is allowed
The priority for the tender party is those who give earlier shipment time.
