Dear Prospective Supplier,
Our company is part of a well-recognized group in Tunisia from 1983.
Part of our company works in the apparel and accessories\' field, we
have our own registered Brand positioned as a luxury brand.
Our Apparel management team settled a new objective for the next
few months which is to launch an oriental collection.
We decided that we will outsource the production. We did a long research
to find a convenient list of factories/producers with whom we are ready to
subcontract. Our strategy is basically to go step by step, to better spot best
quality, time proceeding and delivery of the subcontractors obviously
without forgetting price agreement.
In the beginning we are not looking to have storage/warehousing , indeed
our strategy is based on sending different enquiries of different items according
to demand.
Therefore, in a nutshell, before getting into any large scale production,
we would like to test the market and of course our suppliers’ portfolio as
previously mentioned, hence to go further in this process and if you
agree to work with us, please replay to the questions below:

1. If we will have the opportunity to work together can you
send us your last offer for your collection that we can work on it
(w/handling time, you have to specify the quality, materials and
time of your production)
2 Are you ready to work according to an outsourcing contract
3 Payment policy you propose
4 What is your delivery time and price : The shipping terms
5 The returns of the product if there are any problems
6 Can you make rectifications to your designs according to our need?
7 Can you put our brand in your work and designs
8 Can we use your photos that we can find in Internet (or you can send
them in original sizes to make possible rectifications)
9 Is there any possibility to make new designs for us only (your designers)
10 Is there any possibility to make new designs for us only (our designers)
11 Can you send us samples of items we will choose from your products list
(with or without charge according to your policy and/or our mutual agreement)

If you agree to be our outsourcing factory and work with us please
send back response as soon as possible so we can go further in the process,
the head management team is planning to launch our oriental catalogue for
the next year 2012.
