LPG - 1000 MT x 1 trial shipment + 50,000 MT every MONTH x 12 months
Urea 46% 5,000 MT x 12 months
D2 - 1,000,000 MT x 12 months
Payment by 100% DLC - documentary letter of credit MT700
they want to meet and close deal immediately

2. UK Buyer - ready to order
46% 12,500 MT x 12 months
NPK 15-15-15 12,500 MT x 12 months
they have some questions as below
1. Would you be able to ship Bulk? do you have the facility to load bulk directly into vessel?
2. Noted - You Will Accept 12,500 MT each x 2 spot shipment before commencing a contract of 12 months
3. The prices for the NPK 151515 & Urea 46 , IN Bulk CIF Lagos, Nigeria for 12.500MT of each have to be confirmed. as a spot . and not a 12 month contract as yet.
4. Please confirm payment by Irrevocable letter of credit confirmed deferred payment of 120~180 days. From Top U.K BANK?
5. I would prefer to open L.C direct.
6. You did mention the seller would provide a 2% Performance Bond?
7. SGS inspection for quality , quantity at loading and discharge?
8. Re site inspection before I open L.C , but Official orders would be issued and signed by myself and my company and a clause within the contract confirming the site visit and set of factory and as long as I can see the production and packing full set up of the factory and i am confident that seller can supply and ship then L.C would be opened. on my return from site factory if all acceptable to seller.
9. Can we arrange a conference call . so we talk with the supplier to re assure him? Pls advise time?
