We are well known supplier of food items in Mauritius.
We are interested in basmati rice as per below specification:
Before Cooking:
The rice should be mature and of an off white colour
The grain should be fine, long and free from adulteration
The rice should be free from impurities and breakages.
After Cooking: The rice should be firm and non sticky
Off white colour and good aroma
Thin and long on looking
Non sticky after cooking and remain firm and separate
Must not be soggy.
crop should be at least 1-2 year old i.e year 2011
Broken max 1%
Foreign Matter Nil
Chalky grains 1%
Packing in non woven PP bag 20 kg
Min Order 1 x 20 ft container and brand will be our own brand and we will send you the design.
I think the Aromatic Basmati rice pusa steam Grade A would fit the above specification or if you can suggest any other variety.
