We are an American company manufacturing products for pet cats. Here are some specs we need with this pad.

Packaged in a box that can be shipped to our customers.

We are also looking for a thermostat that the pad can be plugged into which would regulate the on/off of the pad in relation to the outdoor temp. This would be a separate product.
