We are looking to buy BLCO with following terms:
Quantity and duration: 2,000,000 to 8,000,000 barrels x 12 months with possible rolls and extension at both parties discretion.
Price:
FOB and TTT = USD $12/$8 Per Barrel below Brent quotation as quoted in Platts
Market Wire on Bill of Lading date.
TTO = USD $11/$7 Per Barrel below Brent quotation as quoted in Platts Market
Wire on Bill of Lading date.
Commission: USD $4/bbl: $2/bbl To Buyer Side / $2/bbls To Seller Side (Buyer Pays Commission)
Delivery:
FOB = Loading at Bonny Terminal or Cotonou Waters. Delivery shall be
280,000 MT (2 million barrels) per slot.
TTT = Tanker-To-Tanker-Transfer, in Benin Waters; Delivery shall be 280,000
MT (2 million barrels) per slot.
TTO = Tanker Take Over, in Nigerian Waters or Cotonou / Togo Waters;
Delivery shall be 280,000 MT (2 million barrels) per slot.
No upfront payment/instrument.
