We are a medical company specializing in endoscopy. We have developed several devices including Valvesafe, which is a plastic single-use cage for keeping an endoscope valves with the parent endoscope during the cleaning, disinfection and storage process. We want to produce an economical version of this, to really open up the world-wide market. Recently two companies have produced mesh bags which achieve the same thing as Valvesafe, see and we would like to develop a similar product to these.
We are looking for a (long) drawstring mesh bag about 10cm x 10cm (very approximately). The mesh cannot be too small, as cleaning fluid needs to be able to pass through the bag so as to be able to clean the valves contained inside. Please mail me with the specifications of what you can achieve. Price will be of paramount importance, and I am looking for a price of around 10 cents. After approval of initial samples, I think our first order could be for around 50,000 pieces. This will be sold as a single-use product, and therefore order quantities will be on-going.
