Our company started in 2000,is a reliable partner and supplier of competitive products to ensure the smooth operation of window companies.In its activities,the company is focused on the production of quality products to meet all customer requirements.The main focus of the company is the manufacture of PVC:-
1)Rigid sheet,
2)Sandwich panel based on rigid sheet,
3)Windowsill
4)Podstavochny (finishing accessories) profile for window designs.
One type activity is the purchase and processing of waste PVC window profiles (white, coloured, laminated, soldered with a rubber band, bead sill), and further use of the obtained raw materials in production.
We are looking for Plastic Extrusion Equipment .
1). Do you produce production lines for producing PVC rigid sheets and PVC windowsills.
2)Do you produce mixer for PVC.Our capacity of compound is:- 600 tons per month (windowsills production), 700 tons per month (sheets/board production).
So,average capacity of mixer must be from 43-35 tons per day, 1,8-2 tons per hour. fully automatic; 4-5 hoppers/tanks for raw materials; cold+hot mixing required.
