We are looking for sunflower oil with the following
specifications.
We need the following:
1. CIF prices to um Qaser port in Iraq per MT.
2. Products certification.
3. Our private label on the products.
4. The quantity will be 100,000 MT on one year.
Please provide us your final and cheapest prices urgently.
The physical test:
1. The product must have its smell and taste,
2. Free from rancidity or any strange taste or smell.
2. The product should be clear, free from foreign matter.
3. The product should be free from any fats or animal oil.
4. The product should be free from any solvents that used during.
Extraction.
The chemical tests:
1. The specific density ( at 20 c) 0.918-0.923
2. The refractive index ( at 40 c) 1.467/1.469
3. Iodine value ( wijs) 110/143
4. The specification value ( mgkoh/GM oil) 188/194
5. The unsaponifible matter % 1.5 ( max )
6. Peroxide value max 10 ( mequivalent/KG oil )
7. The acidity { ( mgkoh) GM oil} crude oil 4 uncrude oil 0.6
8. Coloring materials: Its allowed to add:
-beta carotene according to the good manufacturing products
-anato according to the good manufacturing products
- curcumine according to the good manufacturing products
9. Flavors:
Its allowed to add natural flavors or the artificial flavors that
is able to use tionally.
10. Anti oxidant:
A. Bht ) 200mg/KG individually
B. Bha
C. Mixture of bht, bha 200mg/KG but the galate and galate
should not exceed 100mg/KG
-The assistant for the anti oxidant:
A. Citric acid or sodium according to the good citrate
manufacturing products.
B. Licithine according to the good manufacturing products
C. Mixture of ISO propyl citrate) 100mg/KG individually
Or as ) a mixture
D. Mono glysirine citrate
E. Phosphoric acid
11. The anti foaming agent,
A. Di methyl poly cyloxine 10mg/KG individually or as
mixture with disilicon oxide
B. Di methyl cyloxine
12. Anti crystallization: -
-Oxystearin 1250 mg/KG
13. Contamination:
A. Volitail matter at 105 c% mass 0.2 max
B. Un solubel impurities % mass 0.5 max.
C. Soap content 0.005 max
D. Fe 1.5 ppm
E. Cu 0.1 ppm
F. As 0.1 ppm
G. Hg 0.1 ppm
H. Pb 0.1 ppm
Hygiene
The product should be fit fro human consumption.
Radiation test
The radio active concentration residue should be within
local limits
